CORRECTION: Reconciliation Day moved from the previously recorded 25 May 2026 (wrong — holiday-calendar.html error) to the correct 1 June 2026 — closes C-ACT-01 in favour of australian-public-holidays-2026.html. Added Labour Day (5 October, first Monday in October) and the Bank Holiday (3 August, first Monday in August; restricted scope — 'Bank holidays do not apply to everyone', per the Holidays Act 1958). Naming confirmed as 'King's Birthday', not 'Queen's Birthday' — closes C-NAT-05 for ACT.
